I went into the Permissions of the folders with the double blue arrow icon, and could see under the Syncro tab that 'Server folder contains' and 'Offline folder Contains' did not match. I went under the Permissions tab and removed some random looking Permissions and just left the DEFAULT-NONE Permission, hit Apply and OK and the blue arrow.

You can activate Office from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or any other product from the suite. You'll find your Office apps in a folder called Microsoft Office (version) in the Start menu. For new installations from the Mac App Store, this preference will bypass the first run dialogs that ask users if they wish to purchase a new Office 365 (or Microsoft 365) subscription. This will mitigate calls to the help desk in commercial environments as users can only activate an existing subscription. Step 3 - Select the untiled folder and rename it whatever you wish to call it, e.g. 'Office 2016' Step 4 - Select the individual Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) and place them in the new folder. Step 5 - Find the icon art you wish to use for Office 2016 for Mac and download it to your desktop. Microsoft 365 is a subscription that includes the most collaborative, up-to-date features in one seamless, integrated experience. Microsoft 365 includes the robust Office desktop apps that you’re familiar with, like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Microsoft has activated the Clutter folder by default in Office 365 accounts. Clutter is based on machine learning and relies on user behavior to identify and remove low-priority emails from the Inbox. For example, if a user consistently does not open messages from a specific sender, messages from that sender will be moved into the Clutter folder automatically. Users can review these messages at any time by opening the Clutter folder.

Unlike the Junk E-Mail folder, which stores spam and obeys the same rules for all account holders, the Clutter folder is for legitimate messages that are considered low-priority based on an individual user’s behavior.

Information about how to train Clutter to filter messages more accurately or to deactivate the feature on your account is available on the Microsoft support site at support.office.com/en-us/article/Use-Clutter-to-sort-low-priority-messages-in-Outlook-7b50c5db-7704-4e55-8a1b-dfc7bf1eafa0.
